Last weeks rain storms caused concern for cherry damage througout North Central Washington. BJ Thurlby, President of the Washington State Fruit Commission:

Despite the weather scares, Thurlby says we can expect a decent cherry crop for 2019.

Cherry harvest is wrapping up for many growers and, to the delight of consumers, are now showing up in grocery stores and fruit stand.
