[4/23/19] CDCAC Survey

Posted in Business & EconomyTagged ,

The Chelan-Douglas Community Action Council is seeking public input through an online survey. The deadline to provide your input is April 30th.

Survey respondents are being asked to identify barriers they and/or family members encounter in accessing services in the two-county area; ways to eliminate those barriers; the challenges the community faces in providing services; and the community resources they consider to be the highest priority.

In January and February, six focus groups around the topics of health, education, social services, public services, and the private sector were held. And in February, more than a dozen stakeholders were interviewed. The Community Action Council also is utilizing information from roughly 20 statistical indicators.

Chelan-Douglas Action Community Council Deputy Director Kristi Hills.

The non-profit manages a budget of $3 million, but Hills is quick to point out that most of those dollars are predesignated, with little wiggle room for the undesignated funds.

You’re encouraged to participate in the survey to assist the Chelan-Douglas Community Action Council to better serve our community. All survey responses are confidential, they are not even asking for names when taking the survey.
