But, don’t celebrate quite yet– the No- See-Um Roundabout project itself is not finished.
Depending upon conditions, the Washington State Patrol may impose restrictions when driving over mountain passes. They range from Traction Tires Advised, to Traction Tires Required, to Chains Required.
Walagorski says to expect 10-20 minute delays the remainder of this week, and into next week when paving gets underway.
For at least the next six weeks, we will continue to see construction in the vicinity that will affect traffic.

The roundabout will be open to vehicular and pedestrian traffic, you can still expect some delays.
DOT is planning to transition all traffic to the roundabout this Friday.
