Chelan Library Building 10/29/2013

The Chelan City Council agreed at their meeting last week to pursue a lease agreement for the old library building on Bradley Street.

With just five council members in attendance, the majority voted to offer Chelan Valley Hope and the Chelan Food Bank a proposal to lease the building.

Chelan City Administrator, Paul Schmidt, says the discussion surrounding what to do with the vacant city-owned building has been ongoing in recent months…

The Chelan City Council meets the second and fourth Thursday of each month, making their next meeting at 6PM, Thursday, November 14th in Council Chambers at Chelan City Hall.
