Last week the state liquor control board handed down its final rules for the implementation of Initiative 502, which made recreational marijuana legal in Washington State.
And as those rules are being finalized, local entities, such as Chelan County, are combing through them to better understand the state run industry.

The new rules will now go into effect 30 days from their adoption, which will be November 16th.
