The Brewster City Council revisited All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) use on city streets during their last council meeting – but decided to continue the discussion and no decision was made.
The topic has come before the council in the past- however, this time, Mayor Lee Webster says, the council is taking a deeper look into the possibility as surrounding cities are passing resolutions to allow for their use.
Mayor Webster admits that allowing ATV use on city streets is much more complex than just a simple yes vote.
Both Twisp and Winthrop have considered similar resolutions to allow for the use of ATV’s on Town streets – and while the Twisp Town Council has yet to make a decision- the Town of Winthrop rejected the idea last November."CLICK HERE" for Audio
