Former Brewster City Clerk, Pamela Olsen entered a guilty plea Monday and was sentenced to 90 days of electronic home monitoring followed by 6-months of community supervision for stealing more than $29 thousand from the City between 2004 and 2010.
Olsen, who served as Brewster’s City Clerk for 25 years, admitted to taking unauthorized leave buyouts and issuing checks and making deposits to herself from city funds.
Okanogan County Prosecutor, Karl Sloan, told KOZI that on Monday, Olsen was sentenced for several counts of varying degrees of theft.
Sloan says Olsen was sentenced under a first time offender option.
Olsen retired from the City of Brewster in 2011 with an annual salary of more than $63 housand."CLICK HERE" for Audio
