Jennifer Witherbee Honored For Leadership 12/7/2012
Earlier this week Washington State Horticultural Association held its 108th annual meeting, a three day educational gathering of tree fruit growers and shippers. The convention serves as a forum for producers to discuss the latest trends occurring within the tree fruit industry.

It also serves as an opportunity to honor individuals who have made a difference in the tree fruit industry, and this year we had a local woman take home the top Women’s Leadership through Service honors.

KOZI’s Hayli Libbey-Thompson caught wind of the award and made a call to a person on the panel who helps choose the honoree each year.
