Highway Construction This Week 5/14/2012

Work this week on the US97A Rock Slope Stabilization ProjectSouth of Rocky Reach Dam is going to result in some intermittent traffic delays.

Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., expect up to 10 minute delays with single lane, flagger controlled traffic. When work allows, the road will be open with no restrictions.

The contractor performing the work is under some pressure to wrap up the project before the busy Memorial Day weekend will be working through Saturday to speed up the process.

There's also going to be some more crack sealing work this week north of Entiat on 97A  

Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., expect delays up to 10 minutes with single lane, flagger controlled alternating traffic where WSDOT maintenance crews are sealing cracks in the pavement.
