Golf Carts Just Three Weeks Away 5/4/2012
With the City of Chelan’s recent Golf Cart Ordinance going into effect in 3 weeks, and plenty of confusion still surrounding the exact laws pertaining to the Golf Cart Zone, KOZI turned to Sergeant Rob Huddleston to clarify some of those rules.
 
Sergeant Huddleston, told KOZI listeners that the rules are basically the same as what they are for driving a car.
 
Sergeant Huddleston adds that from a deputy standpoint, seeing golf carts on the road near the golf course is nothing new.
 
Chelan’s Golf Cart Zone ordinance goes into effect on Friday, May 25th – a perfect way to kick of the Memorial Day weekend.
