[6/29/16] Most Washingtonians Eligible For Funds From LCD Screen Lawsuit Settlement

If you are a Washington consumer, who purchased a television, monitor, notebook computer, color-screen cell phone, or color screen iPod between January 1, 1998 and December 1, 2006, you may be eligible to participate in a settlement.

Washington Attorney General, Bob Ferguson, told KOZI that will likely include nearly all of our listeners.


Ferguson explains that the lawsuit stems from the prices consumers paid for flat panel screens over an 8 year period…

Devices, Ferguson says, include televisions, flat-screen monitors, notebook computers, cell phones and iPods…

Ferguson says Washington was originally one of several states participating in the lawsuit- but in the end, split from the others…
