Restorative Yoga or “Organized Napping” as Kelsey likes to call it, assists you in releasing deeply held tensions in your body and mind. It restores your nervous system.
These postures, as simple as they may seem, offer great benefit in stress and pain relief. Props support the postures, while you gently stretch and create more space in the body for energy to flow freely.
Kelsey also uses a variety of different energy healing techniques as you lie peacefully in each posture and the session ends with with healing vibration of crystal singing bowls to fully integrate your experience. All levels welcome!
