The gains will go into effect on January 1st of 2017. Other cost amendments passed by the commissioners included an $8.00 per month basic charge on irrigation services through the PUD, and the small community of Withrow will see its monthly minimum for water service rise from $30 to $35, with a $2.50 increase per year from 2018 through 2020.
