[8/9/16] Chelan City Council Discussing Lookout Final Plat And Woodin Bridge Project Tonight

Posted in Local Government & Meetings

Chelan City Council is expected to approve the Phase 1 Final Plat for the Lookout Winery District at their meeting tonight.

The subdivision process, so far, has included the preliminary plat approval, bonding for required improvements, compliance with the preliminary plat conditions and is now at the final plat approval stage.

The Lookout at Lake Chelan Winery District Phase 1 final plat consists of 45 residential lots and 7 open space tracts on roughly 9 acres.

In early February, 2016, an open record public hearing was conducted and council approved the hearing examiners recommendation in March.

Chelan City Administrator, Paul Schmidt, says to date, all conditions of approval and development agreement requirements have been satisfied…
